Smt SAILABALA RATH TALENT AWARD has been accoladed to the first three meritious students of this school, who secured top marks in Annual HSC Examination 2021 on 7th Dec, 2021. They are namely PRITAM KUMAR SAHU (1st), JAGRUTI BAIKAR(2nd) & JAMUNA SAHU(3rd) who got rupees three thousand, two thousand and one thousand respectively.
Smt. SAILABALA RATH TALENT AWARD is being given to the 1st three meritious students of Kanut Nodal High School every year since 2019 seeing the AHSC Exam. This award really a spur to the indestrous students and a little help for their higher education initiated by Mr. Sibashis Rath an ex student of 1st matriculation batch in the name of his mother. His mother Smt. Sailabala Rath was a kind and generous lady and also lover of education.
